1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 8l7l ("8l7l", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at https://8l7l.cam ("Platform").

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your Account information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time we deem it reasonably necessary, 8l7l may require you to complete KYC verification. This typically involves submitting one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC or passport, current and not expired).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months).
• A selfie or liveness check confirming the documents belong to you.
• Documentation confirming the source of funds used to deposit, where requested for AML compliance.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification interface. Never send sensitive documents via email, unencrypted messaging applications or any channel outside the official Platform. Documents must not be altered, obscured or falsified in any way.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 8l7l will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately through the Help Centre.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 8l7l does not accept cash. References to familiar Pakistani payment options — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual examples only. 6.2 Withdrawals

• Only one Welcome Bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and are consumed first in the wagering sequence unless otherwise specified.
• 8l7l reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent promotional terms will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Platform.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or event. General rules applicable across all markets include:

• A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the Platform's system and a confirmation reference is issued. No bet is valid until this point.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be treated as Void Bets and the stake returned, unless otherwise specified in the relevant sport's rules.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (including but not limited to an obvious mis-pricing), 8l7l reserves the right to void affected bets. This applies regardless of whether bets have already been settled.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to additional rules including potential delays in acceptance and dynamic odds changes during the event.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed within the bet slip interface.
• 8l7l's decision regarding the settlement of any bet is final, subject to the formal dispute process described in Section 16.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and dishonesty: providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials or otherwise acting fraudulently in connection with the Platform.
• Money laundering: using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: acting in concert with other Players to manipulate the outcome of a game, match or market.
• Arbitrage and matched betting abuse: systematic exploitation of promotions or odds discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with recreational use.
• Automated tools: using bots, scripts, AI-powered tools or any automated software to place bets, access markets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of errors: knowingly exploiting a technical malfunction, pricing error or system bug to generate winnings. Such winnings are void and not payable.
• Multiple Accounts: registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name, for any purpose including circumventing Account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Underage gambling facilitation: allowing or assisting any person under the Minimum Age to access or use the Platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

8l7l reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at our reasonable discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of a request being made.
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Request from a competent regulatory, law enforcement or judicial authority.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to applicable dormancy policies published separately.
• Player-initiated voluntary closure upon written request.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of outstanding bets and any applicable deductions in accordance with these Terms will be returned to the Player via an approved payment method, subject to KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms is involved.

11 Responsible Gambling

8l7l is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers the following player protection tools, accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold within a defined period.

13 Limitation of Liability

• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• The accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics or third-party data displayed on the Platform.
• Decisions you make regarding betting or gaming based on information presented on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14 Amendments to Terms

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8l7l holds its applicable international operating licence. These Terms do not constitute an assertion that online gambling is lawful under Pakistani law or that any Pakistani authority has approved or licensed the operation of this Platform.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall first be submitted to the Platform's formal complaints process via the Help Centre. If unresolved through that process, disputes shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction as specified in the operator's licensing terms.
